1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy 💵

  • By placing a COD order, you commit to being available at the provided address to pay the rider and receive your parcel. 📦

  • We reserve the right to block or blacklist any customer who repeatedly refuses to accept COD parcels without a valid reason. 🚫

2. Order Verification ✅

  • To ensure authenticity, our team will contact you via Call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. 📞

  • If we are unable to reach you or receive a confirmation within 24 hours, your order will unfortunately be cancelled. ❌

3. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan. ✨

  • Per courier company policies in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider. 🛠️

  • If there is an issue after opening the parcel, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
