  • Our team will arrange a personal rider to visit your location.

  • The exchange process is typically completed within 3 to 7 working days.

  • Our rider will hand over the new item and collect the previous one simultaneously for your convenience.

3. Refunds 💰

  • If a replacement is not available, we offer a refund to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed after our team inspects the returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items ⚠️

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take a photo immediately and send it to our WhatsApp support. We will prioritize your case to ensure you get the right product without any extra cost.
